About the Service FAQs

In-home pet sitting provides professional, personalized care for your pet in the comfort and security of their own home. One of our trained pet care specialists will visit your home and stay overnight to maintain your pet’s routine, provide companionship, and ensure their overall well-being while you’re away.

Unlike boarding facilities, in-home pet sitting offers individualized, one-on-one care in a familiar environment. This significantly reduces stress and anxiety, allows your pet to remain on their normal schedule, and minimizes exposure to illnesses commonly associated with group boarding environments.

Home Care & Security FAQs

Yes. Light home care services such as bringing in mail, watering plants, and managing trash bins are available upon request.

We follow all access instructions carefully, ensure doors and windows are secured after every visit, and maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information.

Yes. Overnight in-home pet sitting is available for clients who prefer extended care and continuous presence.

In the event of a home emergency, we will contact you immediately and follow your instructions. If necessary, we will also contact emergency services or your designated emergency contact.

Communication & Updates FAQ

Yes. We provide daily or bi-daily updates based on your preference. Updates include photos and/or videos along with a detailed summary of your pet’s day.

Clients receive a courtesy form with multiple communication options, including phone numbers, email, social media platforms, and WhatsApp for international travel.

We will contact you immediately to discuss the situation. If no protocol has been established, we will assess the situation and consult with a veterinarian to keep your pet comfortable. Should the condition worsen, we will follow your veterinary authorization forms and act accordingly.

Scheduling & Booking FAQs

For overnight pet sitting, we recommend booking at least three (3) weeks in advance to ensure availability and proper preparation.

Yes. We offer customized recurring and long-term pet care plans tailored to your needs.

Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled service incur a 50% fee of the total booking. Cancellations within 72 hours of departure incur a 100% charge, as your sitter and services have been reserved.

Yes. Holiday and weekend services include additional fees to ensure fair compensation for our professional sitters.

Pricing & Payment FAQs

As a concierge-level pet care provider, pricing varies based on service type, duration, and your pet’s specific needs.

Pricing includes personalized in-home pet care, agreed-upon visit length, client updates, and any home care services discussed during onboarding.

Yes. Additional pets or special care needs may result in added fees to reflect the time, expertise, and individualized attention required.

We currently accept cash, check, Zelle, and Venmo. Credit and debit card processing will be available soon. We require a deposit of 50% of the total balance prior to the first day of service, and the remaining balance at the conclusion of your scheduled services.

Emergencies & Policies FAQ

Emergency procedures, veterinary contacts, and care preferences are reviewed during your meet-and-greet to ensure we can respond quickly and responsibly if needed.

Yes. All clients complete a veterinarian release form prior to services. We will always attempt to contact the client and designated emergency contacts before proceeding.

In the rare event a sitter cannot complete a visit, we will notify you immediately and arrange alternative care to ensure uninterrupted service.

Behavioral concerns are addressed during onboarding. For safety reasons, services may be adjusted or discontinued if necessary.

Meet & Greet / Onboarding FAQs

Yes. The meet-and-greet allows us to thoroughly understand your pet’s routine, personality, home layout, supplies, and care expectations.

We offer secure access options and ask that keys not be hidden outside the home. A key retention contract is available, and all access codes are securely documented and kept confidential.
