What is in-home pet sitting, and how does it work?

In-home pet sitting provides professional, personalized care for your pet in the comfort and security of their own home. One of our trained pet care specialists will visit your home and stay overnight to maintain your pet’s routine, provide companionship, and ensure their overall well-being while you’re away.

What areas do you service?

Unfurrgettable Home & Pet Care proudly serves Punta Gorda Isles, Punta Gorda, Burnt Store Isles, and surrounding areas. Please contact us directly to confirm availability in your specific location.

Do you provide care for pets other than cats and dogs?

Yes. Care for other household pets may be available and can be discussed during your consultation or meet-and-greet.

Are sitters trained, certified, or experienced with animals?

Yes. Each of our professional pet specialists has passed the National Certified Professional Pet Sitter exam and is certified in Pet CPR and First Aid.

Are sitters bonded and insured?

Yes. Unfurrgettable Home & Pet Care is fully bonded and insured for your peace of mind.

Do you perform background checks?

Yes. All pet sitters are thoroughly vetted to ensure the safety, security, and trust of our clients and their homes.

How far in advance should I book?

For overnight pet sitting, we recommend booking at least three (3) weeks in advance to ensure availability and proper preparation.
